The Propel ICT Programme is run by Enterprise Ireland and it is designed to provide ambitious ICT entrepreneurs with the necessary business skills, expertise, contacts, networks and facilities to establish successful global businesses. It will allow entrepreneurs the time and space to develop a business plan and get their business up and running.

The Propel ICT Programme is also open to existing businesses in the early stage of development, that wish to develop their business skills, industry expertise in order to grow into a global business.

Propel ICT programme will provide specific industry experts to participants, giving them support, contacts and an "insider" view of the market.
