Participants intent on transforming their ideas into a business should have

• business experience or be a 3rd level graduate
• the appetite for substantial business development in international markets
• a business idea that is knowledge based , with some potential for intellectual property ownership
• plans to develop a management team

Participant development targets will be agreed early in the incubation relationship and support will be linked to assist the achievement of those targets.

The PROPEL Ideas into Business Programme is designed for potential entrepreneurs in the six border counties of the Republic of Ireland.

To participate on the programme you must be

• resident in the area, or
• prepared to locate your business in the area

To be eligible you must locate your new business in one of the following counties

• Cavan
• Donegal
• Leitrim
• Louth
• Monaghan
• Sligo
